We used to raise hell on garba grounds: JK

For those who have seen the way Navratri was celebrated a decade ago in the city, the current scenario is not very amusing. JK is no different! The 58 year old veteran actor has happy memories of the Navratri of his youth.
"We simply let our hair down during Navratri, these nine days were amazing and our garba nights lasted up until Sharad Poonam. We used to go to the Bhadra fort for garba and I can not express in words how simply amazing it used to be, it was adbhut." The actor now admits that his Navratri nights now consist of picking up and dropping his daughters from the garba grounds, he says, "After my hernia operation I prefer to not venture out too much.And plus, all these new garba styles can never compare to the kind of festivities we have enjoyed. We used to raise hell as 2o year olds" he grins.
